We offer Strength classes, twice a week, these classes offer increased flexibility, strengthen the large muscle group to aid in the prevention of falls. We offer Fitness and aquatic classes at our local Y. These classes are held 2x week. Our seniors participate in T'ai Chi classes on Saturday mornings. T'ai Chi offers relief from arthritic pain, aids in balance and general well being. Target Audience60+ audience in the greater Coatesville area of Chester County.
