Jammers donate coffee & snacks & do a pass-the-hat to contribute to the Center. Target AudienceMusicians, aspiring musicians & singers, folks who enjoy country & gospel type music Organizations
BudgetCoffee supplies (creamer, cups, sugar, stirrers) ImpactPeople come as far as 45 miles to participate each week. Several people bring handicapped friends/relatives to enjoy the music & companionship. Many friendships have been made & much talent unveiled in this successful weekly program activity. ProblemsDifficult to have any other activities during the Jam Session. Small dilemma of storing the amplifiers & mic stands between sessions, but alleviates seniors lugging heavy equipment each week.
